COLIN McLEAN LATIN TRIO (Irl)

The Colin McLean Latin Trio is one of Ireland’s leading acoustic Latin groups. They draw from South American and Spanish influences such as Oscar Lopez, Luis Villegas and of course Rodrigo y Gabriela! They've played recently in the National Concert Hall, University Limerick, the Olympia Theatre and the Helix in Dublin.

Dave Whitla (Double Bass) is currently with the National Chamber Orchestra and has toured the length and breath of the country playing with them. Barry John Maher is a local songwriter and guitarist. He is currently putting the finishing touches to his debut album "The Favourite" which is to be released in the coming months.

Colin McLean has toured Ireland with many Irish artists and play's Solo Classical Guitar music as well as Classical Duo and Latin Trio music. The Colin McLean Latin Trio are currently working on their first album which is due for release later this year.
